For repair services in the event of a product malfunction, please call our company’s after-sales service number to submit a request to the maintenance department. For detailed inquiries regarding after-sales service, please contact us by phone. Repair Instructions 1.Remove the lithium battery located on the back of the exoskeleton main unit and pack it separately. Wrap the product securely with foam or cushioning material, then place it in a corrugated cardboard box. 2.When requesting product support or warranty service, please provide the warranty card received at the time of purchase. Keep it in a safe place. 3.The warranty card covers free repairs only within the warranty period. Repairs beyond this period will incur service charges.

02.Robot Series +

With regular inspection and maintenance, the product is covered by a one-year warranty. During the warranty period, if the product fails due to defects in original components or manufacturing issues, it will be repaired free of charge. Any malfunction or damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to the user manual, or external force, as well as wear-and-tear parts, are not covered under the warranty. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
