AGV (Autonomous Guided Vehicle) relies on physical markers such as colored tapes, magnetic strips, or QR codes for route guidance. Its operation path is fixed and follows a single mode, making it suitable for structured and highly repetitive logistics and material-handling environments.
In contrast, AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) uses trackless navigation technology, integrating sensor fusion, real-time localization, and mapping (SLAM) powered by artificial intelligence. It possesses environmental perception and autonomous navigation capabilities, allowing it to adapt flexibly to dynamic environments and provide more intelligent and versatile operational solutions.

Repair Instructions
1.Remove the lithium battery located on the back of the exoskeleton main unit and pack it separately. Wrap the product securely with foam or cushioning material, then place it in a corrugated cardboard box.
2.When requesting product support or warranty service, please provide the warranty card received at the time of purchase. Keep it in a safe place.
3.The warranty card covers free repairs only within the warranty period. Repairs beyond this period will incur service charges.
03.Robot Series +
With regular inspection and maintenance, the product is covered by a one-year warranty.
During the warranty period, if the product fails due to defects in original components or manufacturing issues, it will be repaired free of charge.
Any malfunction or damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification or repair, use contrary to the user manual, or external force, as well as wear-and-tear parts, are not covered under the warranty.
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
04.Q. Forklift Transport Robot Positioning Lost +
Please push the robot onto the charging station and perform a reset in the settings.
05.Q. The wearable device seems to have no power or is not functioning properly. +
Please first check whether the main power and the controller are turned on, and ensure that the power supply is sufficient.
Refer to pages P13–P14 of the user manual for the correct wearing method.
If the device becomes overheated, stop using it immediately and contact after-sales support for assistance.
06.Q. When the main power button does not light up after being turned on +
Please check whether the battery is properly connected. If it is not connected, reinstall it.
If the issue persists, verify that the battery has sufficient power.
Note: If the power adapter is damaged, stop using the device immediately and contact after-sales support for assistance.
07.Q. In case of an emergency (such as the robot losing control) +
In case of an emergency (such as the robot losing control), press the red emergency stop button. The robot will immediately stop moving and enter the emergency stop state.
After ensuring safety, switch the mode button to Manual or Handle mode, then release the emergency stop by turning the button.
Cancel the current task, manually push the robot to a safe area, and confirm that the environment is secure.
Finally, switch the mode back to Auto and resend the task.
